Josh frequently serves as the appellate officer for his clients’ internal grievance procedures, including, but not limited to, Title IX, disability, discrimination, student and employee discipline, and faculty tenure procedures.

Josh has two decades of experience representing higher education institutions of all types in a wide variety of pre-trial litigation, including in cases related to Title IX, campus sexual misconduct, contract disputes, disability accommodation, student and employee discipline, and faculty tenure. He previously was a litigation Partner at two Am Law 100 firms.

Josh counsels and represents higher education institutions of all types regarding all aspects of student and employee discipline and faculty tenure, including policy and procedure drafting and application, investigations and hearings, and related disputes.
